The physicians and staff of the Urology Centers of Alabama are committed to offering their patients state-of-the-art urologic care. As technology advances, we are determined to not lose sight of the traditional patient-physician relationship which is built on mutual respect and trust.

As Alabama's largest urology group, we are proud to offer a broad range of services to both adults and children. We have physicians with particular interests and clinical skills in many very specialized areas of urology. These include laparoscopic surgery, robotic prostate cancer surgery, minimally invasive endoscopic surgery, microsurgery, no-scalpel vasectomy, reconstructive urinary surgery and pediatric urologic surgery.

We diagnose and treat cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney, testes and penis. We also diagnose and treat kidney stones and bladder stones, urinary incontinence (unintentional leakage of urine), impotence, male infertility, urinary infections, prostate and bladder problems and other urologic conditions. To further their medical knowledge, the physicians of Urology Centers of Alabama participate in organized medical research projects.

Regardless of where you live or work in the Birmingham area, you are close to one of our office locations. For your convenience we accept Medicare assignments and participate in most commercial insurance plans.

The offices of Urology Centers of Alabama are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding major holidays. Twenty-four hour emergency service is available 365 days a year.
