Dr. Christine received his medical degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his residency in general surgery and urology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Christine also completed a year of training in anesthesia with particular emphasis on post-surgical pain management.

Dr. Christine is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Urological Association. He served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the medical corps of the Georgia Army National Guard, is a member of the Knights of Columbus, and belongs to St. Paul's Catholic Church.

Dr. Christine has a special interest in diseases of the prostate, incontinence, and male infertility. He has also had additional training in the treatment of kidney stones using surgical laser and the use of microscopic surgery in vasectomy reversal.

Dr. Christine's wife, Dr. Michelle Christine, is an obstetrician/gynecologist, and they have one child.
